We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team and support daily operations, focusing on school application processes and office administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities: Handle school and university application submissions and maintain accurate records Follow up with schools and parents regarding application status and documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams, schools, and clients Assist with general office administration, filing, and data entry Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain schedules Prepare basic reports and ensure timely updates of student files Support any additional administrative tasks as required Requirements: Previous experience in office administration or school and university admission support preferred Strong communication and coordination skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Fluent in English (Chinese language skills are a plus but not required)Immediate availability preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
