Job details

- Consult clients on the procedures in Spa
- Sales of Spa products, promotions, VIP packages and treatment's upselling
- Proactive soliciting clients for treatments (massage, skin and hair) and schedule them for an appointment
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients
- Ensure high level of customer's satisfaction through service excellence
- Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits
- Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in Spa
- Process all monetary transactions using a TAC Reservation System
- Follow-up on all faxed menus, mailed inquiry packets, and gift card purchases on a timely basis
- Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve service quality
- Manage the work and schedule of therapists
- Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele
- Receive customer feedback and deal with complaints
- Making End-of-Day Reports and Spa Statistic
