Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the conceptualization and development of all trade marketing programs such as trade and consumer promotions, events and activation, retail placement standards designed to increase Uratex' brand & product presence, consumer preference resulting to increase ;
  
• Monthly business reviews 
  
• Conduct weekly store visits or trade check 
  
• Submit accurate, complete and timely reports such as: 
  
• Weekly Trade Check Reports (with recommendation and tasks list) 
  
• Post-Activity Evaluation Report 
  
• Product and Price Gap Analysis and Competitive Benchmarking - Resulting to recommended NPIs 
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent 
  
• With at least 1-2 years relevant work experience in Marketing 
  
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills 
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English 
  
• A fast learner who can work independently and with a team 
  
• Must be able to perform well in a multi-tasking, diverse, and dynamic environment 
  
• Familiarization with his or her respective channels/ accounts, their retails standards & other idiosyncracy 
  
• Comprehensive product knowledge (Uratex & Competition) 
  
• Highly analytical 
  
• Organized and with effective "project management" skills 
  
• Consumer- oriented
