Your Job Responsibilities:
1) Oversee travel arrangement from booking to ticketing for corporate clients.
2) Responsible for making and confirming flight itinerary, hotel accommodation and transportation for business travelers.
3) Responsible to answer calls, emails and accountable to answer any customer complaints and queries
4) Responsible to keep clients up to date on travel regulations such as passport and visa requirements, and tracking airlines new policies
