Job Description (Business Support):

The Business Support Executive team works with global clients, helping them with their administrative and executive support tasks.

The Business Support Executive communicates regularly with clients through email and helps them .

The BSE performs internet research, through public domain and paid sources, and provides summaries and reports on findings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence to communicate with global clients, Right Opportunity for BPO/ KPO/ RPO/ BSS Professionals.

Fair knowledge of MS Office (including MS Outlook).

Internet research skills, familiarity with paid & non paid research databases.

Knowledge of blogs, CRM and social networking sites.

Good data entry/typing speed.

Quick learner and team player with good ability to multi-task.
