JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle high volume inbound online inquiries ensuring overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Help customers by answering questions through proper channels and responding to requests promptly.

Evaluate and endorse qualified loan applications.

Ensure loan documentation.

Keep client's confidence by keeping loan information confidential.

Maintain accurate production tracking record.

Assist in the marketing efforts to generate sales and customer growth.

Accomplish company goals by completing related results as needed.

Perform other tasks/responsibilities as an Online Loan Servicing Specialist.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of work experience in loan processing, banking or servicing is required.

Basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and email.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to organize, prioritize and work on multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high quality results in a fast paced environment.

Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, or and over the phone.

Quick to learn new programs as introduced.

Optimistic, internally motivated, team-oriented, and sales driven.

Willing to work in our office in Manila.
