Job Description

• Handle day to day work related to all administrative and account issues 
  
• Maintain proper office filing system (soft copy & Hard copy) 
  
• Prepares report by collecting and analyzing information 
  
• To assists in general administrative function correspondence, documentation, filling works 
  
• To hand tasks involving sales and purchasing ;
  
• Data entry for account receivables and payables and printing of report 
  
• Prepare monthly management accounts and analysis report 
  
• Handle billings and collections, cheques, and vouchers 
  
• To issue, check and update invoices/ delivery and purchase orders 
  
• Keep update record money transaction in and out 
  
• Prepare payments
  
• Any other ad hoc task upon ;
  

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or ;
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  
• Computer literate and familiar with SQL accounts software 
  
• GST knowledge and submission 
  
• Excellent writing and communication skills (English) 
  
•  Willing to work in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
