SERVER

• Excellent Windows Server () and Active Directory skills and LINUX Servers

• Hands on experience in NAS, SANs and storage arrays,

• Experience in Windows / Linux Operating System Architecture and Windows Internals.

• Working experience in Scripting and Automation

• Good VMware/vSphere/vCloud admin skills with experience of vSphere

• Installation & Configuration of Group Policy creation and AD Structure,Exchange server, Symantec, VMware Servers, LINUX

• Devise security policies for changes in infrastructure

• Perform system performance tuning, application performance tuning with application team support

• Upgrade systems and associated system tools and apply patches to systems and associated system tools.

• Deploy/upgrade firmware, General system troubleshooting.

• Experience with service desk tools such as Remedy, Service Now.

• Hands on experience on Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R2 Backup Scheduling and Restoration for Windows Servers and Windows NT backup jobs(Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

• Configured in RAID 0, RAID 1 and RAID 5

• Monitoring Server performance and providing report to the Clients.

• Proven experience of managing faults and working with 3rd party vendors, equipment providers and service providers

NETWORKING

• Experience in network protocols, Firewalls and Communication Network design, deploying and troubleshooting IP protocols.

• Experience in layer 3 routing and layer 2 switching.

• Dealing with escalating problems.

• Efficient use of Microsoft VISIO as technical documentation and presentation tools.

• Excellent experience in Network Planning, Implementing, Configuring, Troubleshooting and Testing of networking system.

• Should have experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows Servers 2000/2003, Active Directory, FTP, DNS, DHCP, TFTP, Linux OS under various LAN and WAN environments.

AV SOLUTIONS

• Advanced knowledge of design, installation, and administration of Crestron and Polycom technologies

• Experience with the Crestron Fusion product, Polycom SounStructure R bidge technologies and programming

• Experience with virtual server and VoIP architectures

• Experience with and MGCP routers

• 1+ years' experience in supporting a Cisco unified call manager environment (CUCM, Unity Connection, etc)

• Experience planning, documenting and implementing small to medium sized projects with multiple dependencies

• Ability to work as part of a team during planning, coordinating and installation of services

• Experience with SIP trunking a plus

• Experience with Cisco UCCE or PCCE a plus
