Job details
; Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
; Meet and greet clients and visitors.
; Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
; Coordinate/ communicate with clients to ensure that all necessary construction procedures are followed and all related documents are recorded.
; Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
; Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
; Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
; Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
; Support Engineers in assigned project based work.
; Candidate must be a Female - Filipino, must have UAE experience and must have experience working in Construction Department.
