Job details
Maxim Integrated needs an HR Generalist with experience using Workday (HCM) system . The position will be based in BGC, Taguig. The HRES team will be supporting Maxim Integrated's employees in the US, hence the shift will more or less be permanently night shift (11 PM - 8 AM).
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with ALL facets of HR
- Experience working with Workday (HCM) system
- Amenable to night shift
Other Requirements:
- Experience with multistate laws and regulations including CA, OR and TX desired
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Must be able to work with interruptions and deal effectively with confidential information
Responsibilities of an HR Employee Services Representative include but are not limited to the following:
1) Guides managers and employees to new direct access tools such as web-based portals for automated processes, transactions and functions, and supports their ;
2) Trains and answers questions on policies, practices, and process using HR Ticketing System (Footprints).
3) Maintains business process and organization structure in Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
4) Works with HR-IT team on projects that involve changes to business process and employee data.
5) Takes initiative to research questions and interprets policies where clear-cut procedures do not ;
6) Documents processes for future training and updates guides as changes are made, ensuring global communication of changes to Human Resources, Managers, Admins and other user groups.
7) Works with all HR business partners as an employee advocate to ensure that our practices are consistent with our core ;
8) Conducts audits of employee data and transactions running through HRIS.
9) Assists with any HR compliance needs, meeting deadlines and requirements set forth by state and federal agencies.
