Job Descriptions:
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage data entry and updating of accounts into the UBS Accounting System.
• Perform accounting tasks such as: processing payment, preparing invoice, payment voucher, receipt, cheque, etc.
• Prepare monthly P&L statement and reconciliation reports.
• Process claim submissions and reimbursement.
• Maintain proper filling of accounts documents for record keeping.
Requirements:
• Applicants must possess at least LCCI, or Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Preferable Chinese Female with min. 1 to 2 years working experience with an audit firm. Fresh graduates need not apply.
• Analytical, meticulous, reliable and able to meet assigned deadlines.
• Required language literacy: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Cantonese or Mandarin.
• Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office and UBS Accounting Software.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
