A well reputed Event Management Company in Dubai is looking for an experienced PMO Executive who has experience in events field.
Your responsibilities as a PMO Executive include the following list below:
RFP Database and Submission requirements Management
Checking Procurement requests, making work allocation and checklist with proper Checklist, Briefing the Team
Gift Items Managements and database
PMO researcher- Main researcher for PMO for New Items
Responsible for Vendor Sourcing and coordination
Procurement of the Event Materials
Overall Event Support - Pre Event, Ongoing Event, Post Event
Checking, Consolidation and supervision of Event and Procurement Element Costing
Prepare reports, correspondence and analysis on event activities.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
Excellent time management
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independent
Preferred 1 - 2 years experience in Event Management/production/operation or related field
Able to work long hours
