We are looking for an experienced Technical Brand Manager with an experience of minimum 5-7 years, who is passionate about covering consumer insights and delivering well planned strategies for the market. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth. It is a must to have an experience on chocolate, ice cream and bakery machines, tools and utensils.
Qualifications of the Job
- Experienced of minimum 5-7 years in brand management for machinery, tools & utensils for chocolate, ice cream and pastry industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- In - depth understanding of the company`s current products and future concepts
- Budget - management skills and proficiency
- Monitoring market trends
- Meeting with customers and various departments
- Carrying out consumer research
- Writing and presenting reports to clients and senior management
- Overseeing a team of junior staff
- Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and develop target consumer insights
- Provide brand vision, mission, goals and strategies to be translated to action plans, brand positioning and go-to market strategies.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Monitor Market Trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Background in physics, knowledge on mechanic, electric, manufacturing, electro mechanics etc. is an added value.
- Excellent in English
