Job Purpose
To work closely with the HR Business Partner to build up this new practice by supporting all Business Development initiatives. Pioneer the first stage growth with impact on revenue, client satisfaction and creating a sustainable brand.
Principal Responsibilities
• Research Industry, Businesses and Decision makers to build up viable leads for Business Development purposes.
• Set up meetings with identified decision makers to introduce HR service offerings and solutions to more compound challenges. Also attend these meetings with HR Business partner.
• Work with other internal teams for client introductions, lead generation and client meetings.
• Develop an understanding of the HR service offerings which are namely HR Outsourcing, Recruiting and Building teams across Sales & Finance function, HR Audit and Organization rightsizing.
• Represent the Firm in HR and Business networking events to build relationships, keep up with trends and connect with Key influencers
• Manage client engagement for won projects to ensure deliverables are in line with agreed client objectives .
• Be part of proposal preparation or client presentation preparation when requested by HR Business partner
