We're looking for an enthusiastic biz dev manager to work on the growth of our partnerships and sales. Our company develops and operates an app for sports enthusiasts where they can book sport venues, find players, and join others' matches.

The app is currently functional in 4 countries and we're looking to grow our reach in those as well as expand to other countries.

Main skills and requirements are as follows:

• Excellent business development, sales, and communications skills 
  
• 1+ year experience in the relevant skills 
  
• Ability to work with KPIs and hit targets 
  
• Ability to construct and manage a business development and sales team 
  

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and executing approaches for research, data collection, and communication with potential clients and partners ;
  
• Conducting Business Development and Sales practices to convince and convert clients, partners, and other potential collaborators ;
  
• Maintaining Relationship management practices with clients and keeping track of such activity ;
  
• Building and managing a business development team as well as looking over the call center's activities relevant to business development ;
  
• Holding accountability for KPIs and targets of deals to be ;
