Our client, a local bank is looking for WFM Analyst in Sharjah, UAE to manage daily, weekly, monthly ad-hoc reporting to assist the mgt in monitoring contact center, team & representative performance.
- + yrs exp. in workforce Scheduling (Roaster creation), Real Time Mgt, Reporting & ;
- IEX experience ;
- Excellent in MS Excel / Office (Macros + advanced functions)
- Bilingual preferred - Arabic & ;
- 24*7 operational environment - may work in a rotational ;
