Business Development - Individual Contributor - Sales
You will have previous experience working in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory and Banking, partnering with UHNW individuals on their Wealth Management and Investment Portfolios.
Your role will be to independently source potential investors and establish/maintain strong relationships pertaining to the sales of high end luxury real estate, in line with their requirements.
Given your polished approach you will work effectively in seamlessly converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in property sales.
You will make appointments and viewings with potential clients.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets discussed with the Sales Directors
Coordinate with marketing team and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities of properties, here in the UAE and overseas.
Finalise all legal paperwork, ensuring all sales administration is conducted smoothly and without delays.
Prepare periodical sales activity reports for management information and decision making.
Ensure that all documentation concerning leads and account activities is correctly logged, stored and made available for reporting on a regular basis.
The salary for this role is dependant (25-45k) on experience and priority will be given to multi-lingual
