Handles end to end recruitment, training and development in accordance with Company standards.


1. Recruitment


• Handles the recruitment process in accordance with Company standard operating procedures

• Receives and review Personnel Requisition from different Departments.

• Coordinate with Agencies / Service Providers on posting of job vacancies.

• Saturate all hiring channels (job fair, print ads, online and etc) to source for right - fit candidates.

• Schedule pre-screened candidates for exam and interview.

• Entertain walk-in applicants for job vacancies.

• Conduct initial assessment and interviews for Technician/Supervisors and Management Committee

• Ensure that shortlisted candidates are endorsed to requisitioning Department Heads.

• Prepare assessment report and exam results on employee qualifications.

• Coordinate with Clients and Heads for the schedule of interview endorsement to client.

• Monitoring of daily and weekly recruitment progress/status; served PRs as against outstanding PRs.

• Conduct Background investigation for newly hired employees.


2. Documentation


• Prepare and conducts Job Offer to successful qualified applicants for job positions of Rank & File and Supervisory.

• Ensure complete submission of applicant's pre-employment requirements.

• Coordinate with qualified applicant's schedule of orientation/induction.

• Prepares employment contract for newly hired employees.

• Facilitate the serving and signing of probationary employment contract.

• Forward/Endorse to recruitment staff, employee files for 201 file construction


3. Training & Development


• Conducts weekly Induction/Orientation to newly hired employees.

• Conduct employee Orientation on sites (Customer Service, Co. Policies/Code of Conduct).

• Implement Training Master Plan and outsource external training support.

• Ensure that employees sent for external training have accomplished the training evaluation report form and consolidates accordingly for top management's review.


4. Human Resources Reports


• Prepares and submit to HR Manager the weekly recruitment report/status for Executive Committee meeting presentation.

• Update summary and status of outstanding personnel request (PR)


5. Perform other related duties as may be required by business operations from time to time.



Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) hands-on experience in Recruitment/Staffing and must have a background in Training.

Highly computer literate, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point applications.

Good communication skills, flexible, matured to handle responsibilities.

With excellent people skills and leadership.

High moral and integrity; resourceful, dynamic and can work under mininal supervision and under pressure.

Preferably with pleasing personality

Must be willing to work in Jardine Building,Faraday St.,San Isidro

Full-Time position available.
