As a customer service and operations executive, you will have the opportunity to interact with wide range of customer with different background as well as gaining knowledge in the field of customer service, logistics and food and beverage. The Primary duties of the Delivereat's Customer Service and Operations Executive are:
- Phone conversations with customers to assist and make their DeliverEat experience memorable
- Handles customer inquiries and complaint
- Process delivery orders and manage relevant paperwork
- An ideal candidate for this position would have:
- Minimum of certificate/ diploma or degree in any field
- Experienced in managing broad customer base in hospitality industry
- Able to work from to for days a week as well on weekends and public holiday
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of roads in Penang or KL would be an added advantage
