Daily Tasks and Promotions :
ü Notification systems
ü SEO ( Search engine optimization, Msn , Google,Yahoo
ü Online portal systems
ü CRM systems
ü Email & SMS advertising with classified database
ü 2 Way Sms " Short Code"
ü Mobile Applications
ü SMM Social Media Marketing
ü Selling Q-Mobile & Osool Media's product.
ü Can produce manuals and product specifications.
ü Conducts trainings for the staff to present and sell the products.
ü Can keep sales target. To be discussed later with the Assistant General Manager.
ü Make work agenda, media files & can work on voice Machine.
ü Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
ü Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
ü Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
ü Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
ü Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
ü Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
ü Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
ü Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
ü Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
