- Sourcing candidates from job boards using various sourcing techniques and populating the database with top talents according to client guidelines.

- Informing team lead of ongoing recruitment activities through daily entries into client system, end of day reports and attending morning boards.
- Target ; Providing suitable candidates on a consistent basis within tight timelines, understanding the need for speed and a sense of urgency.
