We are in search of bilingual receptionists (Arabic/English) for an international reputed clinic in Dubai.
You will be the front line of communication and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the queries through personal interaction and telephone calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend guests, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointments and organize meetings/appointments
- Enter data inquiry into the system and review for ;
- Manage the inquiry/admission process as an ambassador for patients who meet the admissions requirements
- Establish loyal successful relationships with all external and internal ;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other medical related training
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated in accomplishing daily tasks, be able to multi task and work in a fast paced ;
- Able to operate multi-line telephone system
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to write and speak English and Arabic
