The Early Learning Center Principal serves as an educational leader, responsible for
managing the policies, regulations and procedures to ensure that all children are supervised in a safe environment that meets the approved mission of ELC.
This position is responsible for managing the teachers, professional and paraprofessional
staff. The principal is in charge with fostering a culture that embraces a common vision with staff for ELC improvement and development. The principal is responsible for directing the planning activities and for implementing a collaborative program with staff to ensure accomplishment of those ;
Performance Objectives
The principal is responsible for developing educational performance objectives for the teaching staff and children. The performance steps should be a collaborative effort between the staff and the principal. The performance objectives should consider all special needs, learning disabilities and learning styles.
