Job Description:
• To provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to Management
• To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, meeting minutes and emails
• To assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports
• To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents and information are traceable in an efficient manner
• To sort and distribute incoming mails correspondence
• To follow-up with delivery and to ensure suppliers prompt delivery status
• To Maintain, control and purchase office supplies for all departments
• Responsible for the entire purchasing cycle
• To source, cost negotiations and purchasing stationeries with suppliers
• Updating the supplier contact lists
• To provide general support to all departments
• To assist in resolving any administrative issues
• To perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements:
• Problem solving Skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in Ms Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Words, Ms Power Point)
• Attention to details
• Excellent in Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills and ability in multi-tasking
• Independent, self-motivated and well-organized
