We are a multi-disciplinary healthcare consultant, out of the UK with operational branch in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Amman, Jordan. The Company offers total solutions for the healthcare projects within the Middle East region. Over the last three decades, we had built sound relationships with selected clients and had been successful in delivering healthcare projects ranging from primary clinics, community hospitals, general and teaching hospitals, specialized medical centers, through to complete medical complexes and cities. The Company services ranges from programming, planning, full architectural and engineering designs, biomedical engineering to construction administration and project management.

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Engineer at our Head Office in Abu Dhabi with the following Responsibilities, Qualifications and Skills:

Responsibilities

1.           Lead business development intelligence and networking to reach targeted clients.

2.           Liaise with clients, arrange meeting and carry out introductory presentation about the company.

3.           Investigate potential opportunities with clients and secure receiving RFPs.

4.           Establish and maintain reliable connections within client firm to influence receiving company's offered service.

5.           Seek expanding sub-consultants / suppliers network for producing competitive company's offers to clients.

6.           Analyze project opportunities and qualify those aligned with company's interests.

7.           Read RFP's, investigate for client's hot buttons and advise management about key delivery constraints

8.           Participate in formulating the best configuration of company's offers to clients.

9.           Improve company's technical offers to secure higher impact and clients' attention.

10.         Define scope of works (SoW) for sub-consultants and negotiate fees and scope with them.

11.         Oversee company's offers preparation and manage timely response to deadlines.

12.         Organize company database and ensure periodic reporting about business development activities to management.

13.         Advise on company's marketing media effectiveness and organize development of the same.
