Our client is now recruiting for an Admin and Procurement Assistant. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi
This is a Contract role through ManpowerME - 4 months contract (renewable)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing internal procurement
- Procure required IT Licenses
- Should have managed some Projects in Procurement for New Offices or Movement of offices.
- Get Quotation, Release RFQ
- Managed Purchases
- Should have a good understanding of Health and Safety for new office projects
- Good understanding how to manage Buying furniture’s
- Good General all round admin responsibility.
- Some Background in Procurement
- Know how to add up all the blocks to put together in timely manner
- Administration working on project management
- Good understanding of Covid compliance
- Basics of Procurement management tool experience.
