JOB QUALIFICATION:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.

Required language(s): English, Filipino

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Brgy. San Isidro,Along Osmena Highway.

Willing for a Shifting Schedule.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Knowledge and experience of customer service practices

Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.

Full-Time position(s) available.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.

Advise user on appropriate action

Research questions using available information resources.

Follow standard help desk procedure.

Log all help desk interactions

Administer help desk software

Redirect problems to correct resources.

Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

Track and route problems and request and document resolutions

Prepare activity reports

Inform management of recurring problems

Stay current with system information, changes and updates
