As a front end software engineer on our team, you will work on multiple products to optimize workflow, impress our users, and drive the success of different departments including operations, marketing, and business development.

You will work in a fast paced startup environment with a talented Tech team of members from product management, UX, and engineering. You will work closely with the CTO, UX designer, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

We apply practices as fit from Scrum and Kanban, and work in multiple autonomous squads on different parts of the system. We expect our engineers to take ownership, be enthusiastic, communicate clearly, and take initiative to optimize continuously.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, implement, test, and deploy code

- Work closely with UX designer, engineering, product owners, and prioritize work missions

Requirements:

- Excellent coding and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

- Experience in front end technologies, libraries, and frameworks such as AngularJS, React, EmberJS, Polymer, Closure or Backbone

- Good sense of web design and user experience is a plus

- Knowledge in web performance optimization is a plus
