üEPMS entries (Creating customer statement ledger, updating payment plan, Invoicing, Sales receipt)
üPrepares Quarterly VAT summary report
üPrepares payments, cheques, and bank transfer letters
üRecording and reconciliation of intercompany transactions
üMonitors company utility due dates
· Providing Customer Service
üPreparing Sales Offer, Reservation Form and Sale and Purchase Agreement for sold apartments
· Performs other clerical jobs
