Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with graphic design team in the creation of various marketing materials and adverts for both print and online in terms of design and content
- Conducting research and analysis for technical presentations and reports
- Creating-writing and editing, technical and non-technical reports, presentations and articles
- Managing the internal magazine in terms of content management and editing
- Communicating and coordinating with clients and partners for content and adverts
- Working with the graphic designers on magazine layout and design
- Using online channels and tools to increase social media engagement and presence
- Updating the website content and online magazine
- Tracking pre-event preparations and tasks and collecting relevant information
- Analyzing existing marketing tools and resources, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes
- Brainstorming with the design team and providing feedback and assistance when needed
