• Research and Information

        o Build and maintain data

                  market needs and trend

                  customers profile existing customers group by Industry or application

                  competitors data

                  product information catalogues to be distributed

• Budgeting (Sales and Advertising and promotion)

        o product catalogues and brochures for all sales group

        o exhibition - samples to be distributed, door gift, handouts, booth setting etc.

        o promotion expenses

• Networking

        o distribution network / new dealers channel

        o public relations

• Training

        o to receive in house training product training
