• Establish and maintain the feeling of the “CLUB” culture by ensuring polite, courteous and consistent service, smart appearance and positive attitude to all clients, members and colleagues.
• Cover the reception desk and acknowledge clients / members entering or leaving the Club at all times.
• Apply knowledge of minimum standards to all club, retail and members to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Collect the membership card upon arrival at the club reception and issue a locker key in exchange.
• Monitor and ensure that all clients using the club are current members of Pharaohs’.
• Assess the daily gym usage report and feedback to the Club Manager.
• Ensure the opening and closing the system cash transaction is completed at the start and end of each shift.
• Prepare and update member’s profiles as and when required.
• Answer the telephone as per policy and to respond to guest queries in an efficient and professional manner.
• Report any accidents or illness to the Club Manager and log in the Daily Logbook.
• Remain flexible and willing to respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the business. Co-operation to perform reasonable extended duties within the scope of the job as and when assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required. .
• Perform any other related duties as determined necessary by the Management.
