STYLI has quickly become a leading player in the e-commerce fashion space across the GCC - Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait and in India.Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and fashion-savvy Makeup Artist to join our fast-paced e-commerce studio team. This role requires someone who not only understands and executes existing makeup and hair guidelines but can also contribute to refining and maintaining those standards as the brand evolves. You will play a key role in ensuring visual consistency while adapting to category-specific needs, working closely with the styling and photography teams.Key Responsibilities: ● Execute makeup and hair looks in line with the brand and shoot guidelines across multiple fashion categories.● Adapt looks depending on model features, lighting, styling, and category requirements while ensuring brand consistency● Collaborate closely with the styling team and photographers to ensure the final visual output aligns with brand aesthetics and fashion sensibilities● Provide input to evolve makeup guidelines based on seasonal trends, category changes, or campaign needs● Assist in onboarding freelance makeup artists by sharing references, guiding them on brand requirements, and providing clear and constructive feedback● Ensure hygiene standards, product quality, and on-set readiness for fast-paced shoot environments● Stay up to date with fashion and beauty trends relevant to Gen Z and millennial audiences, and incorporate insights where applicable● Be flexible and efficient with time management to match the rhythm of high-volume shooting schedules● Participate in campaign and high-impact production shoots as part of the extended creative team when needed Requirements: ● 3–5 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, preferably within fashion, fashion e-commerce or beauty industry● Strong knowledge of makeup techniques for studio lighting and camera work● Experience working with a variety of skin tones and facial features● Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a high-volume shoot environment● Strong communication and collaboration skills● Ability to take direction while also contributing to the improvement of processes and guidelines Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Art/Creative Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Styli by 2x Get notified about new Makeup Artist jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
