* SHOULD be a director for 2-3 years already (No step up position)
* Handled FTE (Full Time Employee). Current HC (Head Count) is 500.
* Skill set is more on Performance Management - Handling Balanced Scorecards, KPI etc.
* Very strong Project Management skill
* Can consider experienced Transition Managers
* Handled Customer Service, Financial or Mortgage accounts
* Personality - should be strict with clients but good to his / her people
* Very good in client management
* SHOULD be college graduate
