We are looking for an Arabic speaking HR Manager to take the lead on all Human Resources activities across a group of diversified internal client groups, for one of the most successful conglomerates in the Region.
You will lead the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards all whilst supporting the recruitment team on the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Working in conjunction with the team, you will coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs reporting into the Managing Director.
