Job Title: General Manager

Responsible for, Rush Al Maqta & Rush Al Bateen Branch.


Job brief

We are looking for a General Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.


Responsibilities

●      Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

●      Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

●      Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee inventory efficiency

●      Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

●      Formulate strategic and operational objectives

●      Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

●      Manage budgets and forecasts

●      Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

●      Recruit, train and supervise staff

●      Find ways to increase quality of customer service

●      Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.

●      Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.

●      Creating and monitoring projects and teams.

●      Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.

●      Supporting all functions of the business to work together.






Requirements

●      Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

●      Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

●      Experience budgeting and forecasting

●      Familiarity with business and financial principles

●      Excellent communication skills

●      Leadership ability

●      Outstanding organizational skills





Key Tasks :


●     Fully launch Al Bateen branch (hiring and training the staff, menu development, manage operations, marketing,..etc)

●     Full SWOT analysis of both branches

●     renegotiate with all suppliers

●     Marketing plan for both branches

●     Improve packaging for both branches

●     Job rotation within both shops , prepare schedule and identify any weaknesses

●     Events management (for kiosk and push cart) and prepare a yearly calendar of events for participation

●     Bi annual review of staff performance
