Job details
1. Maintenance and coordination of a company food safety program to maintain statutory compliance to the prescribed legal requirements in the Food Industry
2. Conduct technical training programs (including food handlers) and assisting in overall competency to management and employees with regards to the operational aspects of the food safety program, pest control, environmental, operational methods and personnel practices, and maintenance for food safety and hygiene /cleaning practices, and all prerequisite programs.
3. Assure, monitor and review an effective pest control system and a satisfactory waste disposal system.
4. Review and follow-up the root cause and corrective/preventive actions on food complaints.
5. Be a part, manage, and lead all the teams including food safety team, withdrawal team, and emergency preparedness and response teams in the assigned area.
6. Handle and investigate the non-conformance arise from internal/external audit or complaints through root cause analysis and develop, recommend and monitor correction and corrective/preventive actions against all potential failures.
7. Any other job related to the position.
