Job Description: 

• Follows Restaurant Manager assigned task and goals.

• With Excellent customer service to ensure customers have a positive dining experience & ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.

• Supervise and direct the activities of staff to make sure that customers have a pleasant experience through prompt and polite service.

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Maintain regular, punctual attendance as per labor law and Company policy, follow assigned Rota consistently.

• Maintain proper self- presentation and hygiene standard, maintain clean and tidy uniform.

• Flexible and have the needed People and communication skills.

• Follow food safety and security standards without fail at all times.

• Oversee the servers that work shift daily.

• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

• Make sure food is prepared correctly and is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

• Communicate with all employees to make sure everyone is working hard to take care of all customers.

• Oversee all customer complaints and assist the problem correctly for the best benefit of the customer and the store.

• Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests.

• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.

• Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the various outlets and equipment to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure a safe work environment.

• Provide directive & corrective feedbacks to staff.

• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Good observer, have excellent organization and management skills and should be able to prioritize work according to the requirements

• Possess complete knowledge and enforcement of all food and beverage menus - including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.

• Ability to ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant area.

• Must be able to understand the employee's grievances and should be able to resolve them.

• Be receptive to feedback and coaching.

• Outstanding communication and goof leadership & supervisory skills are a must.

• A high school diploma or an associate degree from an accredited university in the relevant area.

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining positive attitude.

• Must have at least 1 year in same field.

• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, ability to check for understanding after direction is given (follow up,) basic math skills, strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, team builder, proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility

• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Willingness to receive development and supervisory training.

• Team building and motivational skills.
