Job details
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. At least 2 years sales experience in media industry handling corporate accounts and media agencies.
2. Prepare presentation for clients to be used in pitches to major brands and ad agencies.
3. Keep track of upcoming campaigns and placements (internal and external)
4. Responsible for accurate and timely issuance of billing invoice and account statements to clients
5. Strict payment and collection monitoring according to credit terms
6. Monitor campaigns (delivery and performance) to ensure advertiser objectives are met
7. Monitor the team's progress, identify the shortcomings and propose improvements.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly sales summary and account receivable reports
9. Assist Sales team with general administrative duties, client service/ communication and overall operational efficiencies
10. Responsible in filing all ad sales related documents
11. Proactively and reactively provide sales team with presentable research, site metrics, demographics, traffic, etc.
12. Work with ad sales team to identify new prospects/leads across all categories by using online tools and scanning appropriate periodicals and other media.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluent in English and Filipino writing, reading and speaking (Arabic is a plus but not a must), interpersonal and presentation skills.
2. Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi task .
3. College Degree Graduate Major in Business and/or related courses .
4. Strong attention to details and quality work ethics
.
5. Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
.
6. Flexible to work in non business hours
.
7. Excellent in PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills is a must.
8. UAE Driver's license is a plus.
