Job details
We are looking for a competitive Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, assisting in crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Candidate Profile:
- Living in the UAE
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- UAE driving license and own car is essential
