Auto spare parts company based in Dubai looking for procurement officer for their office located in Ningbo, China
Requirements:
OBLIGATORY experience of 3 years in the field of foreign purchases of spare parts for cars of foreign cars
• Higher technical education
• Additional education in the field of logistics
• Languages: Chinese (fluent), Russian (fluently), English (desirable)
• Ability to handle rich assortment of auto parts (around 5000 items);
Main responsibilities:
• Organization of the procurement process, planning, design, placement and execution of orders of auto parts for light vehicles.
• Development of technical specifications, monitoring their implementation by suppliers
• Interact with suppliers
• Constant search for new alternative suppliers in the market of auto parts,
• Conducting negotiations with supplier for lower prices, discounts, delay of payment, time reduction of order fulfillment;
• Control of execution of orders,
• Analysis of the procurement market (procurement prices, payment terms, delivery time, completeness of execution of the order), finding the best deals;
