Job details
Responsible for setting and implementing plans and objectives, motivating and aligning effort, coordinating and controlling activities, tapping, developing and assigning talents, applying knowledge, acquiring and allocating resources, building and nurturing relationships, and balancing and meeting clients demands.
Sales & Marketing
• Conceptualize plans and implement sales strategies to expand its market, maintain and grow major accounts.
• Regular monitoring of sales progress, revenue targets and initiate course of action to improve sales strategies and goals.
• Conduct sales calls and/or sales visits and establish network with various industry partners, potential business partners to ensure maintenance of existing and development of new accounts.
• Review feedback received from clients and recommend course of action to address shortfalls or improve client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing in terms of marketing support and needs and develops strategies to identify sales opportunities with key customers, new clients, potential product lines and business ventures.
• Maintains and monitors the image and reputation of the company through active networking with known public relation agencies, media/press relations, and membership to other professional organizations.
• Reviews and decides on the rates and other special arrangements given to the client to ensure client satisfaction.
Operations
• Responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative affairs of the Branch but not limited to planning, directing, or coordinating the operations of the branch.
• Prepares reports for submission to Immediate Superior on attainment of the Unit's targets and proposes courses of action to ensure attainment of branch strategies and goals.
• Addresses Department's operational problems and concerns; and recommends to Immediate Superior action/resolution for concerns, issues and problems beyond his/her scope of authority.
• Defines work expectations and ensures work progress of staff by monitoring/controlling activities, evaluating performance, enforcing discipline when necessary, and initiating career enhancement activities/programs especially designed for the staff's career development.
• Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
