Engage Sports Media (ESM) is a digital agency that works with rights owners and brands to produce and deliver engaging video content across a variety of media. Our client base includes: World Rugby, Godolphin, Mountain Dew, Goodwood Road & Racing, Arsenal FC, Emirates Team New Zealand, British Rowing and Major League Baseball (MLB).
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced producer to lead a new team in Dubai to create next generation sports video content for the Arabic market. You will manage creative digital projects, and take charge of delegating tasks to a skilled team.
You will be the point of contact for producers and senior management in the ESM offices in London and Mumbai. This role will also require client management.
You will be responsible for executing strategies and timelines as defined by ESM senior management and will sign-off work, ensuring it fits the right tone and quality, and drives the client's KPIs.
The ideal candidate would speak English and Arabic and have extensive and demonstrable experience to include:
- Creating bespoke social video content for digital platforms
- Digital video and content production
- Audience development expertise
- Branded content campaign executions.
- Managing teams of creators
- Directing on-screen talent
- Working with influencers
