Requirements:

• Minimum SPM holder or equivalent 
  
•  2-3 years working experience in office administration or despatch 
  
• Possess own transport (motorcycle)
  
• Possess B2 or D clean driving license  
  

Job Descriptions:

• Submission of payments/bank drafts to PLKS or Immigration Department; 
  
• Collections/submissions of passport to Putrajaya; 
  
• Workers clearance at KLIA; 
  
• Arrange for new Foreign Workers hostels; 
  
• Bring workers to panel clinics for medical check-up/FOMEMA or due to industrial injuries; 
  
• Bring workers to HLBB for opening account; 
  
• Preparation of documents for bank draft, FOMEMA, arranging for medical check-up; 
  
• Liaison with Embassy on submissions, collections of passports or documents; 
  
• Bring workers to Putrajaya for thumbprint for new hires or rehiring; 
  
• Bring workers to Police Station to lodge any reports; 
  
• In charge of hostel maintenance and housekeeping; 
  
• Liaise closely with landlors/houseowners on any issues; 
  
• To go to relevant government agencies MBSA, EPF, SOCSO for licences, payments and etc; 
  
• Provide administrative support to other HR staff as and when required;
