Requirements:
- Minimum SPM holder or equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience in office administration or despatch
- Possess own transport (motorcycle)
- Possess B2 or D clean driving license
Job Descriptions:
- Submission of payments/bank drafts to PLKS or Immigration Department;
- Collections/submissions of passport to Putrajaya;
- Workers clearance at KLIA;
- Arrange for new Foreign Workers hostels;
- Bring workers to panel clinics for medical check-up/FOMEMA or due to industrial injuries;
- Bring workers to HLBB for opening account;
- Preparation of documents for bank draft, FOMEMA, arranging for medical check-up;
- Liaison with Embassy on submissions, collections of passports or documents;
- Bring workers to Putrajaya for thumbprint for new hires or rehiring;
- Bring workers to Police Station to lodge any reports;
- In charge of hostel maintenance and housekeeping;
- Liaise closely with landlors/houseowners on any issues;
- To go to relevant government agencies MBSA, EPF, SOCSO for licences, payments and etc;
- Provide administrative support to other HR staff as and when required;
