Head of Operations Role and Responsibilities:

Creating strategies with senior management and implementing best practices towards business growth.

Developing and improving organization business operations pertaining but not limited to policies, processes, SLAs and action plans.

Develop plans and offer insight and knowledge to the organization on the use of new tools, technologies and act effectively to explore new target markets.

Enhance the quality of customer interactions, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, regulatory and legal obligations are met across all interactions.

Manage the day-to-day performance of the business operations to deliver a best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget.

Lead, inspire and coordinate the business operations team at all levels to create motivated and engaged colleagues.

Be responsible for the end-to-end customer contact processes and their associated customer experience, supporting cross-company initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints.

Applying best practice, develop continuous improvement plans and make recommendations based upon employee and customer insight.

Act as a change agent towards business growth and help management to implement best market practices efficiently.

Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources. Act wisely with stake and management for future forecasting.

Review and evaluate financial position and adjust operational targets to promote profitability.

Job Specification

Head of Operations Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business in any discipline, or a related field.

Experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.

Knowledge of business functions.

Solid knowledge of data analytics.

Strong mathematical literacy.

Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
