Job Summary:



Imdad is seeking a creatively astute Head of Content to lead the Content Marketing department for its upcoming innovative digital platform that focuses on digitizing and renovating the consumer experience in the aesthetic medicine industry.



The head of content will spearhead the development and implementation of our content marketing strategy and manage the various aspects of our content publishing needs. This includes building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, managing writers and designers, contributing to social media posts, blogs and lead generation and ultimately, crafting interesting and well-researched content and educational marketing materials and articles in the aesthetic medicine field that drive traffic and engage platform visitors.



Job Responsibilities:





  • Prepare a functional and comprehensive content marketing strategy that is aimed at educating our existing and potential clientele while expanding the viewership, drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention


  • Formulate a content marketing brand, style guide, writing process and delivery strategy


  • Create a content marketing distribution plan. Identify when, why, and how a piece of content needs to be created and manage the content marketing calendar. Keeping abreast of evolving distribution channels and stay on top trends and what’s coming


  • Construct content & editorial calendar. Organize, standardize, and prioritize all content produced by the team


  • Managing a team of content writers, editors, designers and video producers and coordinate with internal departments to develop attractive content relevant to our B2C clientele


  • Lead the production of high-quality content in the form of articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, social media content, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, videos, webinars, survey reports, web copy and other content as needed


  • Review and evaluate content produced by your team, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development and copy-editing prior to publishing. Ensuring produced content is aligned with SEO guidelines and industry best practice


  • Repurpose content, identify top performing pieces of content and repackage them into other formats


  • Working with digital and performance marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement with content


  • Collaborate and work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, creative team and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind


  • Analyze data and analytics, and seek to increase reader engagement and retention


  • Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics and social media analytics tools


  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar


  • Build and track benchmarks for measuring success and ROI
