We are looking for a sales and customer success champion, project management expert and a product visionary for Talentera, a top class online recruitment solution from Bayt.com that helps organizations from every discipline to recruit faster, smarter and easier.



As a SaaS champion, here are some of the things you will be involved in:



Sales Activation



You will take the leadership role in sales strategy which entails prospecting, market analysis and segmentation and ensuring that the sales team hits and exceeds targets.



Sales Enablement



You will make sure that sales teams are trained and supported with all required material, to excite, position, propose, and close effectively while ensuring that he can always exceed customer expectations.



Multi Project Management



As our go-to PMO expert, you will be responsible for hands on monitoring in the execution of and tracking progress and milestones of individual Talentera projects while ensuring its success (scope management, overall cost, budget, risk, etc.



Customer Relationship Management



One big chunk of your responsibilities is overseeing the full customer lifecycle – from pre-sales (sales support and sales enablement to post-sales (implementation, onboarding and training), and transforming customer relationships from being our clients to becoming our product ambassadors.



Product Vision and Growth



Working with our product and marketing teams, you will take a data-driven approach in defining and driving the product strategy. You would ideally look at market analysis, ongoing trends and testimonial case studies. You understand what our product vision is and you will be the key person to create the process, communicate that vision to the team and motivate the team to execution.
