Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all pods, back of the house and guest areas
- Clean pods based on the daily job task list, arrival and departure list prepared by the supervisor
- Keep up to date with the current promotions and hotel pricing to be able to provide information to guests if required
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor which includes all furniture, fittings and equipment
- To perform daily routine job as and when directed by the Management as deemed necessary, relevant and related in the course of work.
Requirements:
- Committed to working on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Has a friendly and fun personality
- Loves solving problems for guests together with a team of like-minded people
