* Urgently required 1 Deputy Manager to manage a soon to open high end French Restaurant in Dubai
* you must have a minimum 4 years solid experience in restaurant operations preferably in UAE
* you must have a sense of leadership and ownership
* must posses a very good customer service skills
* team player and flexible
* innovative and reliable leader
* knowledge in Microsoft Office
