The International Sales & Customer Service team is growing and we are now looking for more talented people who are passionate about helping students find suitable accommodation abroad (perhaps you have been there yourself), love travel and will be able to provide guidance and reassurance to our students.


Job description


  • Provide students with excellent customer service in English and French
  • Answer inbound calls, emails and live chat messages from students
  • To ensure all applications are processed in a timely fashion whilst contacting the customer appropriately to keep them posted on progress through phone and email
  • Complete required administration and recording of sales through CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with team members, and provide flexible and prompt support at all times

Requirements


  • Good communication skills in English and French 
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Detail orientated
  • Experience within sales or customer service teams a plus
  • Currently based in London and able to commute to Liverpool Street
